Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $93,000 to $154,900.

As Manager, Training Execution and Effectiveness, you will lead both the strategic and operational management of the Training Delivery team. You will be responsible for designing and realizing the operational excellence model for the training delivery team and for driving the delivery and continuous improvement of training programs across our Distribution Centers and Branch Network.
