Are you ready to utilize your Program Management skillset to help our community? Oracle Health Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to work in the local community of Kansas City.
What is Oracle Health Foundation? The Oracle Health Foundation believes that every child deserves access to essential healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. We are dedicated to creating a world where this belief becomes a reality. Our initiatives include providing global pediatric grants for medical treatment, travel for care, and necessary equipment. Additionally, we conduct health and wellness screenings in Kansas City elementary schools to identify potential health concerns early, before they become future problems.
In this role, you will work immediately with our health and wellness screening team. This will be hybrid role and require a minimum of 3 days in a Kansas City school managing a screening process for elementary age children and the screening team of contractors. You will work cross functionally with other foundation programs as well.
We are seeking a leader with a minimum of 7 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. This person would have the ability to take ownership of the program while working with other PMs on the team to further the Oracle Health Foundation mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, clinical background is a plus (RN, LPN, etc).
- Experience using an electronic health record (preferred Oracle Health's).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
- Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs, such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
- Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
- Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
