The Role:
As a Server, you will serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner while ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

As a Server, you will serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner while ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
The Responsibilities:
- Taking drink and/or food orders from customers
- Performing table set-up, running side work, and closing duties
- Possessing extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and wine list, including daily specials
- Collecting payment and follows cash handling procedures
- Participating in area clean up
- Computing customer checks, operates the POS system and accepts payments
- Reporting tips for each shift
- Maintaining bar safety and sanitation standards
- Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- Resolving guest complaints
- Keeping a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have six months or more related experience
- Must have alcohol certification
- Must have knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
- Must occasionally lift and lift up to 30 pounds
- Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
- Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor.
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
- $9.00/hr plus tips
