About the Role
The Senior Product Manager is a cross-functional leader responsible for owning large-scale product initiatives that directly impact customer experience and business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Sr. PM leads discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery across a set of related features or business capabilities. This role requires advanced product thinking, executional excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. As we transition into a domain-led, problem-solving product organization, the Sr. PM will help scale the business by ensuring squads are laser-focused on solving the most valuable problems for users.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with product leadership to define the vision and strategy for your domain
• Create and maintain a roadmap aligned with domain strategy and company goals
• Lead discovery and validation of high-impact customer and business problems across squad
• Create highly detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that feature intent with the broader product vision and strategy
• Maintain internal documentation throughout the product development lifecycle ensuring we have a single source of truth. Includes PRDs, flow diagrams, business logic specs, etc.
• Lead cross functional teams to align the necessary resources to deliver on your objectives; Business Intelligence, Marketing, Data Science, etc.
• Define and track success metrics tied to business and user outcomes, sharing insights with leadership and stakeholders to shape future product development
• Proactivity identify and recommend feature investment opportunities that align with vision and strategy from on the ground experiences
• Own post-launch success measurement and continuous iteration
What You’ll Bring
• 5–8 years in product management, ideally across multiple product domains
• Extensive experience with the freight brokerage eco-system, delivering products for internal, carrier, and shipper users at scale
• Proven ability to scale and own complex product initiatives
• Strong execution, user-centric thinking, and analytical capabilities
• Experience leading within lean/agile environments and working across multiple teams
