Intel Manpower Analyst (Journeyman)

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking an Intel Manpower Analyst (Journeyman)to potentially join our team in Langley AFB, VA.This position will perform analytic and administrative tasks related to program analysis, planning, programming, management, and resource utilization for all military and civilian Intelligence personnel assigned to ACC staff and units.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and assist with establishing tasks for intelligence manpower tasks and personnel issues with HAF, MAJCOMs, UTC Managers, and USAF units.
• Review, validate, and coordinate on Organization Change Requests/Manpower Change Requests (OCR/MCR) for Command, unit, and staff intelligence positions.
• Monitor unit and staff manpower tasks to develop, recommend, and implement proposed changes to ensure required support to current and future Command operations and programs.
• Research and assist in developing recommended Command intelligence manpower tasks generated by new intelligence missions, equipment, methodology, and/or as directed by the Director of Intelligence.
• Monitor manpower end strength to identify significant trends, assess impacts on Command intelligence force readiness posture, and develop/coordinate recommended Command responses/solutions to identified negative trends.
• Assist with administering personnel tasks affecting assignment, training, readiness, and utilization.
• Manage intelligence tasks participation in the Plan/Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) processes.
• Assist the Manpower Program Manager with the development, submission, and maintenance of intelligence annexes to supported operations/contingency deployment/exercise plans.
• Review and assess all ACC/A2 manpower actions, track changes/updates, and complete monthly trend analysis products.

What you will need:

• Experience with AF intelligence operations, manpower systems and processes, and functional area management.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance.
