Job Description

As the Sr. Program Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and operationalizing high impact strategic initiatives, driving the planning and coordination of daily activities with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. As the Client Operations and Data Office Program Manager will report to the EVP, Data Office, Ops, and Governance

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee multiple high-priority, cross functional innovation projects across Client Operations, Data Office, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales and Marketing teams

  • Required to lead projects with some client-facing responsibilities

  • Managerial responsibilities related to the program management role

  • Manage the program-level execution of work with multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies

  • Champion and manage new initiatives to completion to improve and streamline operational processes and maximize system resources

  • Resolve complex problems that have implications beyond your own area

  • Work proficiently at both the strategic aspects of a project

  • Lead Jr. Program Managers, if needed to drive program deadlines and deliver products to market

  • Perform business process redesign, change management, current state assessments and future state roadmaps.

  • Move fluidly from the big picture to details and enable the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic cross-functional phases, often.

  • Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

What your background looks like

  • 10 years of Program Management experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA or MIS

  • Experience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings is required

  • Big Four Consulting experience
