About the role

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our global HR team and bring deep expertise in Dayforce & Power BI Analytics. In this role, you’ll configure, maintain, and optimize our HRIS while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data. You’ll deliver actionable insights through reports, analytics & Dashboards and partner with HR and IT to streamline system functionality and enhance the user experience. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to address system gaps, improve processes, and keep HR operations running smoothly. Your work will span workflow design, custom forms, integrations, and advanced reporting, with opportunities to leverage Power BI to create dashboards and reports that drive insight and efficiency company wide. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be key to our HRIS success.   Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option. 
  What You’ll be Doing   HRIS Champion 
  • Configure, maintain and scale Dayforce, including workflows, user role security, and module setup (performance, position, compensation management) 
  • Manage integrations, including flat file loads, API connections, and custom interfaces 
  • Support HR leadership and business partners with metrics, analytics, and ad hoc reporting requests 
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth delivery of new functionality or enhancements 
Data & Analytics Expert 
  • Develop and maintain standards to ensure employee data integrity and compliance documentation is maintained 
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain clean, reliable data 
  • Create, generate and analyze advanced reports & dashboards using Dayforce, Power BI to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement 
  • Develop Power BI solutions to address gaps and extend Dayforce capabilities 
Project & Process Partner 
  • Participate in HRIS projects from planning through implementation, testing, and adoption 
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and internal stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and automation 
  • Execute and validate mass updates, ensuring accuracy before and after changes 
  • Stabilize & scale systems while driving priority HRIS initiatives in performance, position, compensation management and future integrations 
  • Provide training to end users to improve adoption and effective system use 
Relationship Builder 
  • Collaborate & maintain strong partnerships with HR, Recruiting, Leadership, IT, and key stakeholders across the business 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS needs, ensuring consistent communication and timely resolution of requests 
  • Additional duties as needed 
    About You 
  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, integration management, and reporting in an enterprise-level HCM system 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a full global implementation of an enterprise-level HCM 
  • 2+ years of Dayforce experience required, including workflow design, custom XML, & advanced configurations
