Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Engineering Intern at our facility in Macomb, MI. The internship will provide a college-level student with practical experience related to his or her major that will enhance and complement classroom learning.

Duties/Responsibilties

  • Exposure to:

    Review and release of work orders.

    High Performance Teams.

    Processing and machining of gears and gearboxes.

Qualifications

  • Drafting
  • Use of an ERP System
  • Microsoft Office
  • Blueprint Reading and Interpretation
  • Specification Reading and Interpretation

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on a computer or documentation, etc.
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and standard office equipment
  • Must be capable of withstanding long period of viewing data on a computer screen and/or paper format
