This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading strategic and operational initiatives for our pipeline assets – before they reach proof-of-concept. <br/>This is not a traditional medical affairs role. We’re looking for a strategic project leader who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and is passionate about bringing transformative therapies to patients worldwide. <br/><u>Hybrid Working: </u><br/>At Astellas we recognise the importance of balancing your work and home life, so we offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues in person at the office alongside the flexibility to work from home; optimising the most productive work environment for you to succeed and deliver. <br/><u>Key Responsibilities: </u><br/><ul><li>Lead operational and project management for Global Medical Affairs New Product Planning (NPP) initiatives. </li><li>Partner with Medical Affairs NPP Leads to drive strategy and execution of business development and NPP tactics. </li><li>Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management for all NPP activities. </li><li>Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of medical strategies. </li><li>Manage annual planning and forecasting for assigned pipeline assets across multiple therapeutic areas. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Development, Commercial, Market Access, and Research teams. </li><li>Support business development evaluations and strategic partnerships. </li><li>Lead agile teams and task forces to enhance operational processes and governance. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement through system upgrades, process optimization, and benchmarking. </li><li>Represent
