About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule (Night Shift): 
  • Monday to Friday; 40 Hours per week; 7AM to 4PM New York Time
  • Sunday to Thursday; 40 Hours per week; 12PM to 9PM New York Time

Responsibilities: 
  • Data Entry: Enter information gathered from forms or spreadsheets into the company's databases or software systems.
  • Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Review all data entries for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness to maintain the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Problem Identification: Analyze and recognize unusual findings or potential discrepancies in the data, and promptly report them to management for further investigation.
  • Completeness Verification: Ensure all required information is collected and complete before entering data into the designated software programs.
  • Data Formatting: Organize and format data in accordance with established guidelines and standards for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Strive to maintain a high level of productivity while balancing speed and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain effective communication and ensure the smooth flow of data entry processes.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest process enhancements and automation opportunities to optimize data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing speed and accuracy are essential for successful data entry tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to catch errors and discrepancies in data.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to identify and report unusual findings in data for further investigation.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with common data entry software and tools is advantageous.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and willing to learn new data entry techniques and software systems as needed.
  • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively within a team and communicating effectively.
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER / LAPTOP
