• Document work in electronic lab notebooks and author technical reports
• Support tech transfers and regulatory filings with high-quality documentation
• Drive innovation by evaluating new bioprocess technologies and improving workflows
What You Bring
• Aseptic technique and hands-on cell culture experience
• Experience with bioreactor and/or fermenter operation
• Familiarity with PAT tools, process automation, and/or continuous processing is a plus
• Comfort with digital platforms, data visualization tools, and large data sets
• Understanding of scale-up/scale-down principles and mass transfer models
• Knowledge of GxP and regulatory expectations for biopharmaceuticals
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
