Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Officer for the Talent department at our Marousi premises.

As a Talent Acquisition Officer the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle talent acquisition experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and selecting the most suitable ones while growing a strong talent pipeline. He/she will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs, attract candidates using various sources, plan and host interviews, participate in career events, nurture trusting relationships with candidates and assist in the development of the long-term talent acquisition strategy.

What you will do:

  • Utilize multiple channels to actively source and attract candidates for various positions within the company
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Continuously evaluate and refine talent acquisition approach to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the talent acquisition process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, providing feedback, and guiding them through each stage of the process
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed of their status and next steps
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events
  • Track metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and overall talent acquisition efforts
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition (preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industries or in consulting / headhunting firms)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workable)
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment for entry and mid-level roles will be considered an asset

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and Linked in
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
