Nurse Practitioner

Here at TCPA, we are looking for motivated, proactive, results-driven Nurse Practitioners to grow with our company, while setting the gold standard for care delivery with a focus on multi-disciplinary team centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Timely documentation in EHR
• Prescribing medication, modalities, or other forms of treatment
• Perform comprehensive bedside examinations
• Replying to acute questions/concerns from nursing staff during business hours
• Reviewing and interpreting lab and radiology results

Qualifications:

• Experience in SNF/ALF, preferred
• Masters in Nursing
• Valid NP License in the State of Georgia
• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
