About the role

Webflow is the Website Experience Platform (“WXP”) that brings development superpowers to everyone. More than 300,000 brands and 3.5M users leverage Webflow to bring their brand to life on the web. Weblow’s WXP redefines how teams create and collaborate to drive performance, with a single solution providing a visual development environment, a powerful content management system, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics. With Webflow, everyone from Fortune 500 marketing teams to independent designers and creative agencies can build, manage, and optimize dynamic web experiences that drive real business results.

The Assets team is building a next-generation, AI-native Digital Asset Manager (DAM) as a core component of Webflow’s WXP vision. Today, critical assets (images, video, PDFs) are scattered across tools and teams, making reuse, governance, organization, and performance insights hard. The Webflow DAM integrates these asset workflows with the overarching WXP platform, enabling customers to manage their content at enterprise scale while keeping creation fast and on-brand.
