About the role

Are you energized by turning complex compensation and financial data into accurate, actionable insights that drive business decisions? Do you enjoy building scalable processes, strengthening controls, and partnering across teams to ensure data integrity and operational excellence? Are you excited to leverage modern financial systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, uncover trends, and help a fast-growing company scale responsibly? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Ridgeline, you will play a critical role in supporting variable compensation operations and Corporate FP&A, with a primary focus on ensuring compensation programs are accurately administered, analyzed, accrued, and paid. You'll work with cutting-edge financial technologies and approved AI-enabled tools to improve data quality, streamline workflows, surface actionable insights, and scale repeatable processes across Finance.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you!

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
