We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at our Endocrinology Clinic. In this important role, you will provide direct care and support the Endocrine sytem, assisting with medical procedures, conducting health assessments, and ensuring comfort and well-being of patients during visits. Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $21.07 to $30.34 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Retention Bonus : $10,000 Retention Bonus

- Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Medical Assistant professional. This position is responsible for assisting clinicians and nursing staff in providing medical care as well as implementing and evaluating direct patient care. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Knowledge as normally obtained through graduation from an Accredited Medical Assisting Program. Completion of an approved medical assistant training program as defined by state regulations. Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Registration is required. Current BLS certification. All direct patient care personnel are required to demonstrate competent performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BLS) techniques for adults, children and infant
