Senior Manager, AMER Partnerships

The Senior Manager AMER Market Partnerships will be responsible for implementing new partnerships, maximizing existing relationships & supporting strategic partnership initiatives to drive member acquisition, Masterbrand awareness and revenue across AMER. This position will also be responsible for supporting the analysis of performance trends, understanding the competitive environment & working collaboratively cross-functionally & across multiple BU’s including commercial, Masterbrand, operations, and marketing colleagues

 

Your day to day

• Execute on & above-property revenue-driving & member acquisition tactics to accelerate loyalty & commercial performance for all brands.
• Manage tracking of partnership performance (e.g., revenue, acquisition, contribution) and implement partnership tactics to optimize performance and deliver contribution and incremental revenue working with marketing teams.
• Help represent the program & partnerships cross functionally and ensure that tangible insights are effectively communicated, and action plans developed to address challenges, exploit opportunities and drive growth
• Collaborate with Loyalty Performance team to ensure that commercial needs are appropriately incorporated into the global L&P strategy
• Optimize performance for growing portfolio of market partners 
• Support local sponsorship requirements according to need

 

What we need from you

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services and/or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality

 

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. 

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
