How you will make an impact
- Address relevant business needs through both individual and team-oriented projects.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly solutions within Salesforce.
- Document pain points from current processes and help to solve impediments with the help of the CRM team
- Analyze data to find any trends or gaps in processes and propose solutions to resolve
- Build a sound foundation of Salesforce architecture and assist with functional work as interested
- Educate end-users of the platform on new functionality and help upskill new team members on the project.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of CRM ( Salesforce) experience
OR
- High School/GED and 9 years of CRM ( Salesforce) experience
AND
- Experience with use of Agile Methodology and Microsoft office applications.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- ERP source systems experience
- Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management , especially with master data groups tied to S4 deployments.
- Exposure to data integrations connecting Salesforce to third-party data tools like Snowflake for customer and/or product ingestion
- Partnering with off-shore CRM IT resources to deliver system enhancements.
- Experience with customer onboarding methods and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce Case Management
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work productively in a team setting and as a self-starter.

Travel: May include up to 5% - Domestic/ International Travel
