THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A LEAD HARDWARE PROJECT ENGINEER
This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule.
In this role, your day will start with designing motor and control cabinets, crafting solutions that meet customer requirements and exceed industry standards. Using cutting-edge ECAD systems, you'll engineer electrical schematics and network concepts, ensuring every detail is perfect. But your role goes beyond design-you'll also lead project teams, guiding them through every technical challenge with confidence and expertise. From preparing technical designs to resolving issues during installation and commissioning, you'll be the linchpin that ensures our projects are executed flawlessly. With every task, you'll bring innovation, leadership, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
OUR IDEAL LEAD HARDWARE PROJECT ENGINEER
- Technical or vocational diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a project engineering role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in hardware engineering with any ECAD system (EBase, Ruplan, Eplan, AutoCAD, etc)
- Knowledge about local electrical standard UL 508A
- Strong leadership skills with industry or department knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in cabinet layout is a plus.
