We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our communities running smoothly.
What You’ll Do as the Regional Maintenance Technician:
As a Regional Maintenance Technician, every day will look a little different. You’ll travel between properties in the Pittsburgh area, tackling a wide variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:

• Keeping apartments and common areas in top shape with repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Responding quickly to maintenance emergencies and finding solutions that keep our residents safe and happy
• Preparing vacant units for new residents through painting, cleaning, and repairs
• Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance
• Supporting on-site teams with larger projects and capital improvements
• Making sure all work meets safety standards and building codes  

What You'll Need to be a Qualified Regional Maintenance Technician:
We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and can handle challenges with confidence. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or skilled trade experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, carpentry and HVAC
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required – monthly vehicle stipend provided)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to handle occasional evening or weekend calls
• Bonus points if you hold an EPA certification or other trade licenses
