Job Description:
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The SkinHealth Systems warehouse is the physical hub of a global device and consumables business — and every order that reaches a provider or customer starts with someone on the floor receiving it, picking it, packing it, and shipping it accurately. The Warehouse Associate I is that person.
This is an entry-level warehouse role with direct impact on order fulfillment quality and customer satisfaction, offering hands-on experience across all core warehouse functions — receiving, material handling, picking, packing, and shipping — in a fast-paced distribution environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Pack customer orders while verifying part number, quantity, and condition of each line item against packing slips and bills of lading.
Pick inventory from designated locations and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with standard procedures.
Stock materials in their designated inventory locations accurately and in compliance with storage protocols.
Receive inbound deliveries, confirm quantities, and move goods to appropriate staging or storage areas.
Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition throughout the shift.
Communicate any system, process, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience.
Experience with RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Basic math skills sufficient to count, verify quantities, and complete warehouse documentation accurately.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
Reliable work ethic with the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift.
Preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP or WMS platforms (NetSuite a plus).
