Every customer interaction is unique—some people need help figuring out the logistics<br />
of their junk removal, while others have concerns or questions about the process. You’ll<br />
be the one who listens, offers clear guidance, and resolves concerns with patience and<br />
professionalism.<br />

What You’ll Be Doing:<br />
<br />
● Listening carefully to customers and understanding their needs<br />
● Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently to ensure stress-free experiences<br />
● Working with the operations team to coordinate seamless pickups and services<br />
● Handling junk removal tasks safely, lifting items (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)<br />
● Making sure each customer feels valued, heard, and satisfied with their service<br />

Your Key Traits:<br />

● You enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box<br />
● You have excellent communication skills and love helping people<br />
● You stay calm under pressure and can resolve concerns professionally<br />
● You’re an energetic team player with a passion for service<br />
● Ability to drive (Must be 21+ years of age with a clean, valid Driver’s license for 3+<br />
years, for insurance purposes)<br />

Pay/Benefits:<br />
<br />
● $18-$20/HR average all in pay (with cash/credit tips) plus, the opportunity for<br />
monthly profit share bonuses<br />
● Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (Full time roles)<br />
