WeCare is actively seeking a motivated Nursing Scheduler for community in Montoursville, PA. Our Nursing Scheduler is a dedicated and organized individual.  

Key Responsibilities

·      Tracks and verifies all employee hours, overtime, and call outs daily.·      Ability to rearrange staff schedule.·      Manage the facility labor management process.·      Reviews and tracks requests for time off.·      Coordinates scheduling changes with management.·      Serves as a liaison with staff.·      Responds to emergency situations and calls offs to ensure coverage.·      Reconciles nursing timecard daily.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

·      Long term care experience.·      Previous scheduling experience.
