Endicott College's new Student Affairs leadership team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Residence Life.  The Assistant Director will develop and implement operational processes within the Office of Residence Life, including housing selection, housing assignments, and move in and move out processes. Under the guidance of the Associate Director of Residence Life, the Assistant Director will supervise live-in professional staff of Residence Directors and Graduate Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly supervise between 3 to 5 live-in Residence Directors.

Oversee housing assignment and room selection processes.

Coordinate operational processes including move in, move out, room change requests, and billing processes.

Communicate and oversee break housing.

Provide case management for residential students of concern.

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field.

● Previous experience in Residence Life, including supervision and with housing operations is required.

● Willing to become a visible and well-known member within the college community.

● Successful candidates will be well organized and detail oriented, excel in written and verbal communication, and have excellent customer service skills. Experience with StarRez, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel is required.

● Must be able to perform diverse duties and responsibilities in a high-energy environment with the ability to respond to the changing needs and demands of the Office of Residence Life, Division of Student and External Engagement, students, families, and the College.

This is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position.
