We are searching for a Business Analysis Supervisor to join our Product Management team in defining, prioritizing, and developing capabilities for McD US Workforce Management Solutions. You will work with the vendor and product teams to write requirements and acceptance criteria for features on the product roadmap and help ensure feature acceptance during the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analysis Supervisor, you will:
- Manage requirements, review, and provide feedback related to product design from multiple vendors.
- Lead and support testing for various projects.
- Partner with the Product Management team to define, prioritize, and develop capabilities for McDonald's US Workforce Management Solutions.
- Write requirements and acceptance criteria for features on the product roadmap.
- Ensure feature acceptance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain product documentation and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
- Build and update documents required for the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in crafting and maintaining project plans for new feature releases, communication, training, and deployment.
- Assist UAT Leads in analyzing, crafting test cases, and executing/accepting user acceptance test criteria.
- Assist with field testing and provide business process and technical direction to the support team when necessary.
- Shepherd features from definition through completion using Jira.
- Assist with application production support issues/defects advanced to the Workforce Management team.
- Provide product insights and technical direction to support teams as needed.
- Review and prioritize defects impacting customers.
- Serve as a point-person for product questions and help find solutions.
- Assist in prioritizing the roadmap with product and technology team leads.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050.00 - $108,810.00 per year

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 – 5 years of experience gathering (both Waterfall and Agile) and partnering successfully with Vendors, Product Managers and other internal team members on testing and delivering capabilities per defined requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal collaborative communication skills.
- A passion for technology and building products that customers love to use.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
