About the Role:

As a Medical & Insurance Professional, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of our clients’ legal journey. You’ll help gather the information that forms the foundation of a case — setting up insurance claims, organizing medical records, retrieving collision reports, and communicating with providers, insurers, and clients.

In short: you’ll help make sure the right info gets to the right place at the right time — and that nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and managing insurance claims for all involved parties
• Reviewing medical call notes and organizing treatment documentation
• Requesting and verifying police/collision reports
• Drafting letters of representation, preservation, and other early-stage correspondence
• Communicating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and clients
• Keeping case files updated and well-documented in our internal system

Requirements

• Experience in insurance claims, medical administration, or legal support is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you thrive on keeping things in order
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort navigating conversations with clients, medical providers, and insurance reps
• Familiarity with digital tools and case management systems (we’ll train you on ours!)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy — especially when clients are going through tough situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a related field is a plus
