We are looking for a highly motivated contact center agent (Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED) who is motivated by helping people change their lives and being highly compensated for it! If you have a passion for self development, are of a growth mindset, and have an unstoppable drive to be a top performer then you are a great fit for our team.

What we offer:

• Fully Remote Position
• Schedule (PACIFIC STANDARD TIME): Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm. Saturday: 7:30am - 3:30pm. 1-2 Saturdays per month.
• Hourly wage: $22 - $24 per hour plus bonus.

What we do

When patients first come to our practice they are broken. They feel that their confidence and self esteem has left them and their life is severely impacted. We meet them where they are at and bring them to a place of confidence, joy, happiness and their overall life improves! we do that by restoring their smile in one day with the GPS procedure.

Some of your duties may include:

• Managing a book of business
• Inbound, and outbound calls
• Exemplifying an emotionally intelligent call
• Creative texting campaign
• Making 100+ Outbound calls per day and working a variety of tasks
• Run and submit daily/weekly reports
• Learn and perform a specific sales model
• Debrief calls to stay on top of call quality
• Convert at 25% or higher
• Track and interpret KPI's
