We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

· Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting a core processing application.

· Build and optimize database schemas and queries to handle high-volume financial data with accuracy and efficiency.

· Develop and collaborate with front-end developers and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with platform requirements.

· Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes

· Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of backend systems in a regulated financial environment.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message processing, data integrity, and system performance.

· Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance liquidity management capabilities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Experience with financial platforms and/or applications.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a heavy emphasis on backend software development.
• Strong expertise in middleware technologies, particularly Message Queuing systems (e.g., IBM MQ, RabbitMQ).
• Deep knowledge of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience of working in a team with diverse people across multiple technology stacks, geographic locations, and time zone.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 
• 10-14 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
