Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Exclusive Services Executive to join our team for 2025 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the person of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
• Understand the guests’ needs by offering personalized services, with attention to detail and unique guests’ experiences
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
• Plan and sell transportation, excursions, cruises and other travel services.
• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications to guests
• Deal with day-to-day work routine and complaints handling
• Enter data into our software and maintain guest files
• Cooperate with tour operators
• Take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
• Maintain statistical and financial records

• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Sales Agent, Reservations Agent or a Guest Services role
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Knowledge of a PMS or other CRM software will be valued accordingly
• Excellent knowledge in computer programs such as MS Office
• Degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus
