HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
- The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting in providing nursing care to the Family Practice patients; assist the resident physicians and faculty; assist in maintaining the functions of a medical group practice.

- Practice Office Manager
Supervises:
- None
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Medical Assistant training course at a vocational/technical school or college-level Medical Assistant (MA) training course.
Preferred Education:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
Required Experience:
- None required.
Preferred Experience:
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant externship and two (2) or more years of job-related experience.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Diploma, certificate, transcript, et cetera demonstrating successful MA training course completion.
