Developer Advocate Lead

The Developer Advocate Lead will lead our Developer Relations initiative to foster a vibrant developer community around our products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of developer needs, the ability to build strong relationships, and the expertise to drive developer engagement and advocacy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading developer relations or advocacy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Cultivate and grow a passionate and engaged developer community through events, content, and online forums.
• Work with our cofounders to represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and other events to evangelize our products and gather feedback from developers.
• Foster relationships with key influencers, community leaders, and third-party developers to drive advocacy and adoption.


• Content & Resources:
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and webinars. 
• Ensure the availability of comprehensive developer resources, such as SDKs, APIs, and development tools.
• Develop programs to recognize and reward community contributions and engagement.


• Developer Support:
• Ensure that developers have access to timely and effective support through various channels, including forums, social media, and direct communication.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to address developer issues and improve the overall developer experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in developer relations, advocacy, or a related field.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and developer tools.
• Experience working with open-source communities is a plus.
