VICC 200Job Summary:
Provides leadership for the creation, coordination, execution and growth of complex programs independently. Provides leadership to support programs that are expected to experience significant change, expansion or evolution over time. Develops program plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with program and VICC leadership. Communicates within and across department to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, inter-dependencies and accomplishments.Program management for VICC OnCore Clinical Trials Management System cloud initiatives
Work with the Advarra project manager to establish an implementation timeline for each OnCore product (move to cloud, PRMS implementation and invoicing interface)
Communicate expectations to VUMC IT and VICC stakeholders
Identify and communicate project dependencies
Program management for the vicc.org website
Work with the external vendor project manager (Blattner Group) to establish a timeline for the project development and implementation phases
Develop and implement an annual content and functionality management plan for the vicc.org website
Perform annual gaps and opportunities website analysis compared to other peer cancer centers and present analysis to VICC leadership
Program management for VICC strategic projects
Serve as the key program manager for implementing the new Baptist Memorial Cancer Center contract
Serve as the key program manager for implementing the Komen Tissue Bank contract with Indiana University
Other duties as needed
Review and edit VICC strategic content and documents
Serve as the key program manager for projects in support of other VICC strategic initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops program plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with program and area leadership.
• Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities.
• Communicates within and across department to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, inter-dependencies and accomplishments.
• Participates in institutional task forces and other special committees related to the achievement of goals and objective.
