Archival Intern

Location: Concord,Massachusetts,United States
Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Archival Intern to help digitize historical documents, create descriptive metadata to make them easily searchable and perform other administrative tasks to support the work and efforts of our CEO, Stephen Wolfram. This position requires a great attention to detail and the initiative to work individually. This is a part-time position with up to 29 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Scanning archival documents and tagging them with descriptive metadata
- Performing research as requested
- Filing documents
Qualifications
- Experience with archival work
- Experience with performing research
- Experience with organizing and filing documents
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Wolfram and/or Wolfram products is a plus
