What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Product Development will play a key part in the product development process, supporting the successful execution of projects from concept to launch for Customer Communications. 

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and project plans. 
  • Support the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, milestones, and quality standards. 
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals. 
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating product testing, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or refinement. 
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and escalating risks or delays as necessary.

What you have


  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and ensuring accuracy in documentation and project execution. 
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, business administration or related discipline. 

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of the product development lifecycle. 
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience 
  • Experience with Visio, Figma, and Microsoft Office tools.
