About The Team:
Our Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk Management AI and Automation team is committed to an AI-first and Automation-first approach, driving innovation and efficiency across all our solutions. We work collaboratively to support a variety of applications and clients, continuously iterating based on feedback and Agile principles.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as quality engineer / test architect supporting integrated solution testing and quality assurance for online digital projects and application releases including pre-production and post-deployment certification testing.

• Follow integration test strategies and quality engineering methods and procedures for analyzing test plans and strategies, writing and executing test cases, troubleshooting and managing application defects.

• Implement test automation strategies with hands-on test automation scripting, execution and maintenance to improve test coverage and consistency across regression testing.

• Support defect creation and defect management, and defect root cause analysis to drive improvements in future.

• Analyze test results and metrics, prepare and present status reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with development, architecture, product and business teams on large-scale strategic initiatives, supporting quality practices through all stages of the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need To Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience working as quality engineer or test architect role supporting requirement and solution analysis, detailed test planning, test execution, defect management, defect root cause analysis and quality status reporting / metrics.

  • 4+ years of experience supporting integrated systems testing or end-to-end testing efforts for large-scale projects on multi-tier web application architecture that include UI components, API/microservices, email/SMS communications and file/data transfer feeds (KAFKA/Data Router).

  • 4+ years of experience working within the Agile and DevOps model collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, development and architecture teams through the entire project and/or application delivery lifecycle.

  • 4+ years of experience with hands-on API testing utilizing API testing tools e.g. Postman, SOAP UI.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing test automation or robot frameworks tools (e.g. AI-Tap, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, TestNg) to create, execute and maintain automated test scripts.

  • Requires strong troubleshooting skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Requires experience preparing and presenting status reports to key stakeholders.

  • Candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple overlapping tasks.

Nice To Have / Preferred Tools and Technologies:

  • Experience with Python programming/scripting.

  • Experience integrating automated scripts into CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with web application testing across multiple browsers and mobile views.

Our Senior System Engineering, earns between $130,700-$196,100 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
