Job Description

The Clinical Software Solutions & Strategic Partnership Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of Cardiology and Neurology software initiatives within GE HealthCare’s MI Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business. This individual is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key software vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical priorities.

In this role, this individual will assess customer operational readiness by evaluating current software configurations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate tailored solutions. They will lead training efforts, support go-live activities and provide post-implementation troubleshooting to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and solution performance.

Success in this role requires strong relationship management skills to build and maintain vendor and customer partnerships, excellent problem-solving capabilities to address technical and clinical challenges, and effective communication and training expertise to empower clinical users.

This is a strategic, customer-centric position that blends clinical insight with technical acumen to deliver impactful software solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with Cardiology and Neurology Software vendors that align with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key software vendor stakeholders and conduct regular operating reviews
  • Work cross-functionally with MIM, Cardiac Enablement and HCS to ensure business objectives are supported
  • Oversee and Manage software solution offerings
  • Work with Clinical Applications and customer to locate current software version and options loaded to determine operational readiness.  Collaborate with customer IT, department leadership and software vendor to facilitate solutions that align with clinical and operational goals
  • Partner with software vendors to understand lead times and customer installation/upgrade timelines to estimate customer operational readiness
  • Provide onsite and remote training to clinical staff on software usage and best practices
  • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation troubleshooting to drive customer satisfaction
  • Provide support and serve as a clinical expert and technical liaison for all Cardiology and Neurology software escalations 
  • Provide feedback to software vendors on how GE HealthCare PDx Molecular Imaging products interact with their product
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture to promote GEHC products and adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Additional projects and initiatives as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, technical, or business-related field, or equivalent  
  • CNMT or equivalent specific Nuclear Medicine modality certification
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical applications, industry-specific software, or healthcare IT
  • Strong understanding of Cardiology and Neurology Software platforms including, but not limited to, Corridor4DM, Cedars-Sinai Cardiac Suite, Emory Toolbox, CVIT, HeartSee, MIM Neuro
  • Experience in clinical workflows in Nuclear Medicine and Cardiology departments
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT and interoperability standards
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and training skills
  • Proven experience in project management and strategic planning
  • Experience in business development or partnership management
  • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Solid problem-solving skills. ability to manage and resolve confl
