(MRDA) is a key subsidiary of Mitsubishi Motors North America dedicated to driving innovation and adapting global vehicles for the US market. Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, MRDA's team of specialists focuses on monitoring technology trends, conducting market validation tests, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Their work plays a crucial role in bringing Mitsubishi's latest vehicles to American consumers.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>Lead the RAC-Safety team to ensure that all safety regulatory, certification and compliance matters affecting current and future vehicle content/design/development/performance are fully supported, and that items of importance to Mitsubishi Motors are reported on in a timely manner. This position will interact with entities including but not limited to NHTSA, IIHS, NTSB, the Alliance for Automotive Innovation (AAI), other vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, Mitsubishi North American, and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.</p> <p>This position offers flexibility to work from home while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The RAC Manager will be expected to participate in periodic in-person meetings with RAC team members and with select external organizations.
