The assignments can relate to topics such as system landscape renewal, redesign of data architecture, regulatory changes, process optimization, business integration and separation, location strategies.</p><p>Our consultants grow from all-round business analysts into business architects or SME’s in the financial sector. They work on diverse assignments as business analysis, process modelling, process and data analysis and product and project management.</p><p>Our team is internationally and culturally diverse and is the largest practice within Synechron Nederland.</p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>As business architect, you play a crucial role in aligning our client’s strategic goals with its operational capabilities. You will serves as a bridge between business strategy and execution, ensuring that the organization’s structure, processes, and technologies support its objectives. Due to the nature of the work we do with our financial clients, you will combine business analysis, architecture and project management.</p><p>You should be able to:<br/> </p><ul><li><b>Drive Strategic Alignment</b>: Play a crucial role in ensuring that every initiative resonates with the organization’s overarching strategy. You’ll work on understanding both the current landscape and future goals of our clients.</li><li><b>Enhance Processes</b>: Utilize your analytical skills to map and improve business processes. Identify bottlenecks, document workflows, and recommend strategic optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li><b>Collaborate with Stakeholders</b>: Engage with executives, operations teams, and IT to gather essential requirements, ensuring that business needs are met through tailored technology solutions.</li><li><b>Develop Frameworks</b>: Help create and maintain robust business architecture frameworks that guide organizations in achieving their strategic goals.
