Kittl is seeking a bold, creative thinker to join as a freelance contributor. Working at the intersection of AI and design, you’ll push our AI capabilities to inspire and directly empower a global community of pro designers.

The ideal candidate is curious and eager to expand their expertise in AI tools for a creative audience.

What you’ll do

• Test boundaries and drive trends: prototype unique visuals that explore the limits of AI imaging tools and spark new visual trends

• Craft next-level prompts: create and refine prompts that make AI tools intuitive and valuable for real design work

• Work fast and iterate often: test, refine, and improve ideas quickly, balancing craft with impact

• Create with the best, build your portfolio: collaborate with world-class creatives and see your work used by millions of designers globally

What you’ll need

• AI expertise: a strong portfolio that demonstrates hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation and prompt engineering. Please note this is a non-negotiable.

• Design intuition: strong visual design sense and willingness to explore unconventional ideas

• Ownership mindset: you take initiative, experiment fearlessly, and push beyond the obvious
