We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Associate to join our Fleet Department. This role is responsible for managing inventory, sourcing, and ordering parts, and supporting the maintenance and repair of construction vehicles and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting fleet operations.
Parts Associate Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies for fleet vehicles and heavy construction equipment.
· Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials.
· Identify, source, and order parts from vendors in a timely and cost-effective manner.
· Track and document parts usage, returns, and warranty claims.
· Collaborate with mechanics and fleet technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
· Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
· Maintain organized and clean parts storage areas.
· Assist with invoice reconciliation and vendor communications.
· Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors.
· Support fleet operations with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
· 2+ years of experience in parts management, preferably in construction or fleet operations.
· Knowledge of construction equipment and vehicle parts.
· Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to lift and move heavy parts and materials.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
