Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the senior management in day-to-day business operations
• Organising and preparing meetings, events and discussions on an international level
• Completing all organisational and administrative tasks (e.g. calendar, e-mail)
• Preparing reports and analyses as well as creating presentations and drafting protocols
• Independently coordinating and planning business trips

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Completed business studies or similar
• Professional experience in the business field and in an international context, ideally as an assistant
• Organisational talent, proactivity, good communication and quick comprehensive skills
• Flexibility as well as high motivation and willingness to perform
• Discretion and reliability with regard to sensitive data and information
• Experienced in the M365 environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
