We are one of the leading providers of Advisory related services in Greece. The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organisations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately two hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece.

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our HR System Outsourcing team in Athens.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of HR systems to meet client-specific needs

• Provide daily customer support, troubleshooting technical and user-related issues promptly and effectively

• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, discuss system updates, and ensure client alignment throughout the software development lifecycle

• Maintain back office employee records according to policies and/or legal requirements

• Handle and resolve queries related to employee leave management, performance cycles, digital cards and data reporting

• Conduct system reviews and audits to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations

• Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to help clients and employees maximize system usage

• Stay informed about advancements in HR technology and suggest enhancements to existing systems

What we are looking for

• BSc in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a HR System Specialist or in relevant role (relevant work experience is a prerequisite for this role)

• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (experience with multiple systems is a strong asset)

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system-related issues effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

• Confidence, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work while building strong client relationships

• A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive data

• A passion for HR technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends

• Personal motivation and initiative to contribute to the team’s success and make an impact

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
