Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our growing Treasury function as a Senior Investor Relations Analyst. You'll lead efforts to bridge the gap between Qualtrics' financial operations and the investment community. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to effectively communicate our company's financial performance, liquidity position, capital structure, and treasury initiatives to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

How You'll Grow

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Become a key strategic partner to the CFO and finance leadership in shaping Qualtrics' financial narrative and investor relations approach
• Lead the development of innovative financial analysis and communication strategies
• Spearhead financial, strategic, and competitive analyses to drive major corporate initiatives
• Take ownership of quarterly lender and investor calls, building and managing relationships with key players in the investment community and banking partners
• Play a pivotal role in enhancing market perception, directly contributing to the company's long-term success

 

Things You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support investor communications and internal decision-making processes.
• Spearhead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive quarterly lender presentations, including financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic updates.
• Drive collaboration with C-suite executives, finance, accounting, and business units to gather and synthesize information for investor-facing materials and internal reports.
• Conduct advanced market trend analysis, competitor activities assessment, and industry development evaluation to provide insights to senior management and investors.
