🖋️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor

What you will do:

As an Italian, German and French Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

 More specifically:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

 What we are looking for:

•   Fluency in Italian, or German, or French language (written and spoken)
• Proficient English Skills (Oral and written).
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Tech savvy/ Computer literacy
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
