Job Description

Are you a passionate F&B professional who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then we have the job for you! As a Senior Restaurant Manager you will strategically lead the Food & Beverage team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. Oversee our signature restaurant Brown’s Beach House – AAA 4 Diamond award winning Regional Hawaiian cuisine. Direct Hale Kai - our casual high-volume beachside restaurant. Ensure exceptional service for the Beach & Pool experience. Manage the Beverage program through Hale Kai Bar and Kahakai Bar.

What you will be doing:

• Hands on management of Restaurants and Bars
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Ensure all situations are handled with our values in mind - Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Empowerment
• Maintain high Food & Beverage standards
• Creatively generate Revenue
• Maximize profitability through effective cost control and labor management

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• A passion for Food & Beverage, on trend knowledge.
• Beverage experience is a plus.
• AAA 4 Diamond or Forbes 4 Star restaurant experience preferred 

Additional Information

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
