Security Site Supervisor

Wage: $26.43 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s), ensuring adherence to post orders, completing rounds, and filing reports.
• Train and coach team members, manage payroll, and ensure adequate coverage of all positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports, conduct inspections, and meet with clients to ensure security needs are met with top-notch customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security, with proficiency in CCTV, badging, truck gates, and patrols.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, including patrol and response services.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer usage and operating controls.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible to work overtime and adapt to various sites and post procedures.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
