Our LiveOps team drives the heartbeat of the game—delivering a constant stream of engaging events, features, and updates that keep players excited every single day.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Senior Live Ops Producer who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can orchestrate the complex machinery behind a globally scaled live service game.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>As a Senior LiveOps Producer on Monopoly GO!, you will guide the operational execution of the game’s daily, weekly, and long-term live programming. You’ll coordinate high-velocity content pipelines, manage intricate dependency chains across multiple cross-functional teams, and ensure that releases land smoothly, reliably, and with maximum player impact.</p> <p>This role is perfect for someone who has 5+ years in LiveOps, deep JIRA expertise, strong incident and change request management experience, and the desire to help shape the industry’s leading live service machine.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> <h4>Live Operations Leadership</h4> </li> <li>Own the end-to-end operational cadence of Monopoly GO!’s high-frequency live events, features, and content drops.</li> <li>Manage the live calendar and guide event readiness, ensuring all components (content, configurations, tech, QA, approvals) align for successful launches.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product, Game Design, Engineering, Economy, Art, QA, and Analytics to deliver high-quality updates that drive player engagement and revenue.</li> <li> <h4>Dependency Chain Management</h4> </li> <li>Build, maintain, and communicate complex dependency chains that connect teams, tasks, tools, and systems across the live pipeline.</li> <li>Ensure upstream and downstream partners have clarity on timelines, risks, blockers, and requirements.</li> <li>Proactively identify gaps, conflicts, or delays and drive cross-team solutions before they impact delivery.</li> <li> <h4>Workflow, JIRA, &amp; Release Coordination</h4> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own and optimize JIRA workflows to track content, incidents, testing, approvals, and live operations tasks.</li> <li>Ensure all work is properly scoped, documented, assigned, and executed on schedule.</li> <li>Support change request processes, including requirement gathering, risk assessment, scheduling, and communication.</li> <li> <h4>Incident &amp; Risk Management</h4> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate and help to drive incident response for Monopoly GO!, from real-time triage to coordination across engineering, product, support, and communication teams.</li> <li>Facilitate detailed postmortems, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements to reduce future risk.</li> <li>Maintain transparency with stakeholders through proactive reporting on stability, risks, and recovery plans.</li> <li> <h4>Operational Excellence</h4> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Evaluate and refine processes to support Monopoly GO!’s extremely fast-paced content cadence.</li> <li>Champion quality, reliability, and predictability across all live operations workflows.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to automate or streamline key parts of the pipeline.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of live operations or production experience supporting a live service game or similar digital product.</li> <li>Advanced-level JIRA skills, including workflow creation, dashboards, filters, and cross-functional coordination.</li> <li>Strong background in incident management, including triage, communication, and post-incident analysis.</li> <li>Experience managing change requests, release pipelines, and multi-team delivery. Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines with tight timelines. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated success coordinating complex dependency chains across multiple teams.
