General Laborer

ABM is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of general labor tasks including moving materials, cleaning job sites, loading/unloading equipment, and supporting facility operations. You will play an important part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and efficient.   Pay: $16/HR

• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, moving equipment, and debris removal.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of materials and work areas.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work alongside other team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a labor or maintenance role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying environmental conditions.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
