Manager, Product Management - GenAI Transformation (Business Cards & Payments)
Capital OneAbout the role
Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)
Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) | Build the Future.
At BC&P, we bring a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer. They're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together.
We're relentlessly curious.
We ask the hard questions.
We make space for the best ideas to win
Because that's how we create impact we can be proud of.
We are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for Al. While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you've used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.
The Role:
This Product Manager will support the AI transformation for our Field Sales Organization within BC&P. In this role, you will focus on enabling GenAI-powered experiences across the sales funnel, starting with the design and build of a horizontal foundation for shared, trusted context for AI applications. This platform will centralize and standardize data so downstream AI systems can reliably access and leverage it to generate insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end feedback loop strategy - ensuring AI outputs are systematically captured, evaluated, and fed back into the system to continuously improve model performance and retraining.
This role required deep experience working with Generative AI systems, with a particular emphasis on building measurement for GenAI in production, designing feedback loop mechanisms, and operationalizing AI performance improvement at scale.
