Job Summary

The Senior Business Continuity Analyst is responsible for advancing the organization’s resilience by assisting the managing and coordination of activities across the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle, third-party resiliency evaluation and testing, ensure alignment between Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with business defined recovery time objectives (RTOs), and support enterprise-level crisis management (CM) program development and readiness. The role also provides leadership in crisis management by assisting in the coordination of event and incident response, facilitating decision-making under pressure, and ensuring communication and escalation protocols are executed effectively. This role ensures critical processes and technology can recover in alignment with business needs, while also supporting the organization’s ability to effectively respond to and manage crises. The Business Continuity Analyst will work across business units, technology, and leadership teams to strengthen preparedness, reduce risk, and ensure organizational resilience.

Candidates must reside in one of the following locations: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NC, NM, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI

Required Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Crisis Management roles
  • Strong knowledge of BCM lifecycle, DR practices, and crisis response frameworks

Preferred Requirements:

  • Industry certifications such as CBCP, MBCI•
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FFIEC, FEMA/NIMS, HiTrust) and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with continuity and crisis management platforms (e.g. Riskonnect, Everbridge).

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$76,300.00 - $143,200.00
